SIT Paid/Unpaid Fee Fine Penalty Activity Report

What it displays:

This is a report of returned check fees assessed and collected.  The report includes account numbers, owner names, deposit numbers, the year to which the fees were applied, the amount of NSF fees assessed, any payments of these fees, and the balance of fees still due.

User Entitlements

The following user entitlements are available on the Batch Menu. They are part of the Run SI Batch Processes task, which is part of the SI Batch Menu job. See Tasks, Entitlements, and Jobs for more information. Individual reports and processes must be assigned to each user.

SI_BATCHMENU: access the batch menu

SI_BATCHREQUEST: access the Batch Request screen

SI_FILE_UPLOAD: access and use the File Upload button

To print this report:

  1. From the Main Menu, click Batch Menu.  The SIT Batch Menu will appear.
  2. Click the SIT Paid/Unpaid Fee Fine Penalty Activity Report line, batch menu no. 12221.  You may need to scroll down to see this.
  3. Press Enter.  The parameter screen for this report will appear.
  4. (optional) Enter a Dealer No. to report payment activity for a single business. Leave blank to see information for all dealers.
  5. Enter your tax office's ACT 7 Client ID.
  6. (optional) Enter a Tax Year to produce a report for just that year. This is the year for which the fees, fines, and penalties were collected. Leave blank to see NSF data for all years.
  7. (optional) Enter the Begin Deposit Date and End Deposit Date.  Leave blank to see fee, fine, and penalty data for all deposits.
  8. In the Fee Fine Penalty Status field, enter P to see only paid fees, fines, and penalties, U to see only unpaid amounts, or A to see both paid and unpaid amounts.
  9. (optional) In the Fee Fine Penalty Tax Unit field, enter a tax unit number to limit the data on the report.
  10. Click Submit Job.
  11. Click OK on the "OK to Submit Job" pop-up screen.
