SIT Daily Reversals by Deposit Report

When to use:  

Daily or as desired.

What it displays:

This report records all reversals and voids within the specified criteria.  

Included is the following data: deposit number, deposit and receipt dates, dealer and CAD numbers, month paid, roll year for the deposit, deposit type, check number, escrow, NSF, penalty, and fines paid, and totals of each transaction.  Totals for each deposit and grand totals for escrow, penalty, and fines are given at the end. The data is sorted by deposit and then chronologically according to when they were entered into SIT (i.e., sorted by validation number).

Remember that the data reflects payments made based on the previous month's sales.

User Entitlements

The following user entitlements are available on the Batch Menu. They are part of the Run SI Batch Processes task, which is part of the SI Batch Menu job. See Tasks, Entitlements, and Jobs for more information. Individual reports and processes must be assigned to each user.

To run the SIT Daily Payment by Deposit report:

  1. From the Main Menu, click Batch Menu.  The SIT Batch Menu will appear.
  2. Click the SIT Daily Reversals by Deposit line, batch menu no. 12234.
  3. Press Enter.  The parameter screen for this report will appear.
  4. Enter your tax office's Client ID for ACT 7.
  5. Fill in any or all of the following, depending on the data you want on the report:
  • Begin Deposit Date and/or End Deposit Date. If a deposit is still open, the end date should be the current date in order for it to appear on the report.
  • Deposit No. for which you want the report.
  • Operator ID.  If you want data for all the SIT operators, leave the User field blank.  Otherwise, enter the Operator ID of the person whose data you want on the report.
  • Year.  To limit the data to only one tax year, enter that year in the Year field.  Otherwise, leave blank to return data for all years.
  1. Click Submit Job.
  2. Click OK on the "OK to Submit Job" pop-up screen.
