Running Reports and Processes

To run reports in ACT 7.0, use the Batch Products option.

  1. From the Main Menu, double-click Batch Menu.  The ACT Batch Menu will appear.
  2. Click the line that represents the desired report

Note:  On the Batch Request screen, you should see only those reports run by your tax office, not those run by all tax offices using ACT 7.

  1. Press Enter.
  2. Fill in the required information.

Note: Use the down arrow or click with the mouse to move to the next field.  The Tab key will not work.

  1. Click Submit Job.
  2. Click OK on the confirmation message.
