TABC Receipt Totals

The TABC Receipt Totals report summarizes the payments taken in any given month. For each permit, the following information is given: permit number, receipt number, receipt date, renewal fee, county fee, city fee (if applicable), Misc./NSF Fee, surcharge, late fee, check number, check amount, cash amount,  'other' amount, and total amount paid. Reversals are shown as negative amounts in the appropriate columns. The report can be generated and sorted by deposit or receipt date (in ascending order). It is further sorted by location (if used), deposit number, then by permit or receipt number. Distribution information must exist in the database for the deposits expected. Deposit totals, location totals, deposit date totals, and grand totals are given.

If run by Deposit, the report is sorted by deposit date, then deposit number and permit number. If run by Receipt, it is sorted by receipt date, then deposit number and permit number.

BATCHREQUEST, access to the batch request screen to review reports
FILE_UPLOAD,activates the File Upload button on the Batch Menu screen

  1. From  the Main Menu, click the Batch Products button or select Products then select Batch Products. The Batch Menu will appear.
  2. Click on the TABC Receipt Totals line, batch menu no. 15002.
  3. Press Enter. The parameter screen appears.
  4. Enter your tax office's Client ID if it is not already filled in.
  5. Enter the Begin Date and End Date for the data desired.
  6. In the Data Type field, enter DEPOSIT or RECEIPT, depending on which dates you entered in the step above.
  7. Leave the Location Code field blank to show all locations or enter the number from the Office Locations screen (for ex., 2).
  8. Click the Submit button.
  9. Click OK on the OK to Submit Job " message
