Viewing and Changing Associations between Users and Hotels

The Hotel Master screen allows authorized users to assign other users to view hotels on the online 'portal', where external users can submit sales reports.
Entitlements:
HOTMASTER: View the Hotel Master screens
HOTMASTER_UPDATE: Enable the New button on the User Name tab
HOT_ASSIGN_PORTAL_USERS: Enable the Edit button on the User Name tab
- Enter 5 in the Select box on the Main Menu, then press Enter, or select Account Search on the Go To list; the Owner/Hotel Master Summary screen will appear.
- If you are carrying a hotel number from another screen it will appear in the Hotel ID field along with any other available data.
If the Hotel ID field is blank, enter a number in the space provided and press F8. If you would like a different ID than the one currently displayed, press F7, key in the new one, then press F8. If you do not know the Hotel ID, return to the Search screen to locate one.
- Click the User Name tab. This screen displays the user names and email addresses for any user who has been allowed to view this hotel on the online portal. The Active box is checked for users currently allowed to view the hotel online.
- To see any other hotels that each user may have, click the desired User Name, then click List Hotels for User Name.
- To change information for an existing user, click the desired User Name, then click Edit.
- Click Save after making your changes.
- To add a new user for this hotel on the online portal, click New.
- Press F9 to see a list of existing users (created on the Portal User Admin screen).
- Highlight a user.
- Click OK. The Email and Name fill in automatically.
- Click Save.
