Sales Report Maintenance

The Sales Report Maintenance screen allows users to view sales reports files by Hotel ID and year and modify the hotel tax due by changing the total receipts and/or exemptions.
For each report, the period, file date, due date, tax rate, total receipts, total exemptions, taxable receipts, and total tax are displayed.
Entitlements:
HOTSALESRPT: View the Sales Report Maintenance and Sales Report History screens.
HOTSALESRPT_UPDATE:Allow changes to be made on the Sales Report Maintenance screen.
- Enter 10 in the Select box on the Main Menu, then press Enter; the Sales Report Maintenance screen will appear.
- If you are carrying a hotel number from another screen it will appear in the Hotel ID field along with any other available data.
If the Hotel ID field is blank, enter a number in the space provided .
If you would like a different ID than the one currently displayed, press F7, key in the new one,
- Change the Year if needed. It defaults to the current year.
- Press Tab (or F8) to view a list of existing filed reports.
- To see additional details or to make changes to the data, double-click the desired report.
- On the Sales Report Detail popup window, you can change the Total Room Receipt and/or the Exemptions amounts.
- Click Save and Calculate Taxes.
- Click OK to the confirmation message.
