Deposit Status

The Deposit Status screens display a history of all payments and refunds that have been made for a specific hotel, organized by deposit number.

HOTDEPOSIT: Access the Deposit Status screen

 

  1. From the Main Menu, enter 8 in the Select box on the Main Menu, then press Enter, or select Deposit Status on the Go To list. If you come to this screen from another screen, the Remittance screen will appear, otherwise the Deposit screen appears..
  2. The Deposit screen allows you to view deposits by deposit date or receipt date. You can determine which deposits are open and which are closed, the total deposit amount, and also what type of deposit each one is (online payment, reversal, etc.). To query on this screen, press F7, enter either a deposit date range or a receipt date range, then click F8.
  3. If you come to the Remittance screen from another screen, the hotel number will be carried over to the Account No. field. To find a different hotel, press F7, enter the Account No., then press F8. You can also search by deposit number, remit seq. no., check number, or payment amount.
  4. The following payment information is shown on the Remittance screen: deposit number, receipt date, remit seq number, check number, payment type, payment amount, applied amount, transaction type, hotel ID, and payer. The information is sorted by year and period, descending.
  5. To view the check image for the payment, click the star in the Check Image column. If no image is available, no star appears.
  6. To see additional details about payments for a specific deposit and hotel, broken down by tax unit, click the Deposit Status Detail tab.
  7. The following information is displayed for each hotel ID, tax unit, payment year, status, period, applied amount, and payment amounts.
