FTP to Mortgage Site - Unzipped FileLast Revised: April 10, 2013 |
|
When to use:
The FTP to Mortgage Site Process allows you to send a file via ftp from the ACT 7.0 secure server to an open ftp site operated by ACT. This is a convenient way to gain access to files created through the Batch Menu. This process does not zip the file that is placed on ACT's FTP server. To get a zipped file, use the FTP to Mortgage Site Process process.
The following user entitlements must be set for each user who needs access to the Batch Menu and Batch Request screens. They are part of the Run Batch Processes task. See Tasks, Entitlements, and Jobs for more information. The user entitlement for each batch menu no. mentioned below must be set to Y for each authorized user. Batch menu nos. default to N when they are added.
BATCH_MENU - access to the Batch Menu to generate the reports.
BATCH_REQUEST - access to the Batch Request screen to see the reports.
To run a FTP to Mortgage Site Process:
Hint: For statements and the UDEF file, the 'act' needs to be changed to 'stmts'.
Note: Do not include STMT_DIR/ in this entry.
Note: You only need to enter the location name here (i.e. FBC, Brazoria, etc.). The batch process will send the file to that site's pre-determined ftp site.
